I wanted to wait until I had heard back before updating this review, to make sure my experience was a good one and Chevron is standing behind its product and honoring the lifetime warrenty as promised. I am happy to say that it met all of the expectations I set forth in my previous review. My only complaint is that the new valve has a design flaw which broke on me after only 2 uses (not even close to real use, 2 uses between my car and in/out of storage). Otherwise, everything was handled well by customer service.
