My review will be based on my personal experience. This past Friday, 05/24/18, I called Scotiabank customer service about 7:45 a.m to find out the balance of my account because I was not sure if my direct deposit had been recieved or not. I was told that there was no information available until at least 10:00 am ET, for which I accepted.
