Finding where to start on the Wayfair site is easy—there’s a search box up top, as well as the “Shopping” tab. However, if you don’t know what you’re looking for, it can be difficult to find anything specific. That first page wants to present itself as the resting place of all things you can get your hands on, and subsequently it feels aimless and impersonal. We’d like to see Wayfair really boil down the essence of its brand: what kind of person shops here versus what they’re shopping for.

I am calling Wells Fargo customer support to register a complaint regarding their lack of understanding regarding foreign money. I recently went on a tour around the world and I tried to deposit my Japanese currency with my home branch, who refused to accept it. I then went to the Mexico City office, who also refused to accept it because it was from Tokyo. Frustrated, I decided to call your company's California office and speak with a management supervisor. The man that answered the phone was named Rick and he informed me that quite possibly Wells Fargo is doing business illegally.
