My request is to stop sending the company representative. I am asking to end all exchanges (which include gifts, contests, and other similar methods of promotion) I am requesting that my name be deleted from Valero Energy's marketing and promotional lists. I mailed my check five days ago to pay my gas bill, when the check arrived it was short by $12.47. So I called Valero Energy customer service and after a seventy-five minute phone call the problem was resolved and I paid an amount of money for the gas that I did not owe.
