I placed an order for a $6,500 Williams-Sonoma rotisserie grill on May 5th through Williams-Sonoma's call center. The order was cancelled on May 6th, after the order had already gone through, even though I had insurance that my card wouldn't be charged in the case of cancellation. I called customer service 4 times and waited on hold a total of 4 hours, 45 minutes while being told by these rude customer service representatives that they cannot help me resolve this problem. I recently purchased an electric toothbrush from Williams-Sonoma.com, and during checkout I accidentally selected the incorrect shipping method. Instead of $12.95 overnight shipping, I chose $24.99 ground shipping, which is not what I wanted. I was charged for this order and have not received my product yet. I called customer service but was not informed as to how I can cancel my order and receive a refund for the extra amount that was charged to my credit card.
